Cascade Drilling, LP Acquires RSI Drilling
ResonantSonic International (RSI Drilling) has been acquired by Cascade Drilling, L.P. as part of Cascade's continued growth and expansion plans. Cascade Drilling was started in 1992 in Woodinville, WA, where its headquarters remain today. In the almost 20 years since, Cascade has grown to one of the largest Environmental and Geotechnical Drilling services firms in the Western United States. With locations ranging from Seattle to San Diego, Cascade Drilling can accommodate your multiple location Clients. Cascade Drilling was built on the foundation of great service and excellent safety standards. In acquiring RSI Drilling, Cascade gains over two decades of Direct Push (DPT) industry and a decade of Sonic Drilling knowledge.
The acquisition of RSI Drilling expands Cascade's current sonic, direct-push, and hollow-stem auger programs and compliments their full-service capabilities. Cascade also provides air/mud rotary, well development/well rehabilitation/pump setting, IDW waste management, In-Situ remediation injection and subsurface data collection using MIP, CPT, HPT and EC systems coupled with Geoprobe® rigs. Inclusion of RSI Drilling's equipment and staff, aligned with Cascade's expanding services, keeps Cascade at the top of the drilling and field services industry in the Western United States. And, through RSI Drilling's Orlando facility, Cascade will now be able to offer expanded drilling technologies in the Southeast.
